BILATERAL SIMULTANEOUS MILLING
The milling heads on both sides can simultaneously mill grooves on the same workpiece, improving processing efficiency and accuracy. It is especially suitable for processing complex workpieces that require high precision and efficiency.
RIGIDITY AND DURABILITY
The integrated design of the side milling head has a highly rigid system structure, as well as multiple seal designs and optimized bearing structures, providing better load-bearing capacity and service life.
EFFICIENT COOLING AND CHIP REMOVAL SYSTEM
The equipment adopts high-grade stainless steel fully sealed protection and high-pressure chip punching to ensure that no iron chips remain during high-speed milling, keeping the working environment clean and extending tool life.
PRECISION
The advanced dual-spindle and dual-turret design simplifies traditional workpiece handling and flipping mechanisms, ensuring more accurate and faster processing of both the front and back sides of the workpiece.
