1. Bed

This series of machines adopts a 45° italic monolithic machine bed, and the bed material is HT300. It is cast by resin sand process, and the internal rib layout is reasonable.

The guide rail is equipped with 55/65 rolling guide rail (rectangular sliding guide rail can also be selected), with high feed accuracy, low friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation ability, which can enable users to obtain high machining accuracy and fast traverse speed, and obtain high production efficiency.

2. High-performance spindles

This series of machine tools are assembled spindles, after the assembly, the online dynamic balance detection is adopted, with high precision, strong rigidity, good stability and easy maintenance. The imported V-belt drive is adopted, which reduces the power loss of mechanical transmission, and the start is fast and stable. The spindle bearing is made of high-speed precision spindle bearing, German Krupp high-speed grease NBU15 lubrication, and the spindle box is designed to take into account the minimum thermal change through finite element analysis, and take heat dissipation measures and corresponding measures to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle. It has the characteristics of low temperature rise, small thermal deformation and high precision, so that the spindle can maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis during long-term work.

3. Feed system

Longitudinal and transverse feed using servo motor through the German elastic coupling and ball screw directly connected, ball screw support form adopts the form of fixing at both ends, consider the screw elongation caused by temperature rise during assembly for pre-stretching, this installation mode can eliminate the positioning error caused by the elongation of the screw due to the increase in temperature in the working process, and maintain the consistency of the workpiece machining accuracy.

4. Tailstock

This machine is equipped with manual hydraulic rotary mandrel tailstock as standard. The tailstock mandrel is hydraulically controlled and telescopic; The tailstock can be moved by the saddle by a manual latch.

5. Hydraulic self-centering center frame

The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic self-centering steady rest, which can be optionally driven by a servo motor, and is equipped with a steady rest bracket with an inlay anti-backlash structure and the overall casting and molding.

6. Hydraulic and lubrication system

The hydraulic system adopts a variable vane pump, and the hydraulic oil tank is placed behind the bed, isolated from the outside by protection. Each hydraulic circuit adopts the superimposed valve group installation method, which is compact and easy to install. The pressure of each actuator cylinder of the hydraulic system can be adjusted separately and there is a pressure protection device. The hydraulic tank is air-cooled. Centralized quantitative automatic lubrication system is used as standard.

7. Cooling and chip removal system

The machine tool adopts full guide rail protection, which is convenient for chip removal, and the cooling box and chip conveyor are separated from the main engine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine tool is not affected by cutting heat. Using a high-flow and high-head cooling pump, the workpiece and the tool are fully cooled during the turning process, so as to ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece and improve the service life of the tool. The standard type of chip conveyor of the machine tool is chain plate type (side chip removal), according to the different parts processed by the user, chain type, magnetic scraper type, permanent magnet type, spiral type, etc. can be selected. According to the user's needs, it is also possible to produce side-turning chip evacuation.

8. Tool detection and online detection device (optional)

Marposs or Renishaw high-precision detection devices are selected, and the tip position data can be automatically entered into the control system through detection; It is also possible to detect the wear of the tool and automatically compensate for the wear of the tool. At the same time, it can also perform in-machine inspection of the machined workpiece.

9. Chuck cylinder

The machine tool chuck is recommended to use Taiwan 12-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, which can meet the processing needs of most users. It can also be configured according to user needs, such as hydraulic chuck, floating chuck or manual chuck; If the user needs automatic connection, the chuck position detection device can be added.

10.1 CNC system and servo system

  The CNC system of this machine tool can be selected according to user requirements. It is recommended to use FANUC 0i-TF (5) numerical control system produced by FANUC company, using nano control technology; It has the advantages of easy operation, complete functions and high reliability.

10.2 Machine tool electrical system

The electrical design of the machine tool conforms to the GB-5226.1-2008 electrical standard. The power circuit of the circuit has over-current and short-circuit protection, and the relevant actions of the machine tool have corresponding interlocks to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

The electrical system has a self-diagnosis function, and the operation and maintenance personnel can observe the running status of each part of the machine tool at any time according to the indicator light and display.

The main electrical components are selected with CE certification mark products, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine tool.

CNC machine tools have strict requirements for power supply. If the user's power grid fluctuates by more than ±10% and the frequency exceeds 50Hz±1Hz, the voltage stabilizing device must be added, otherwise the CNC machine tool will not work correctly, and even unpredictable results will occur.

10.3 Electrical cabinet

The standard configuration of the electrical cabinet is fully enclosed, and the standard air conditioning is dustproof and cooling; The protection level of the electrical cabinet meets the requirements of IP54.

11. Security Protection

11.1 It has full shield protection, and considers a number of safety protection measures, such as: electric control cabinet safety device, safety operation door, and tempered glass design of the operation door to ensure the safety of machinery and people.

11.2 The Z-axis adopts a telescopic protective cover and a diagonal back design, which makes it easy to remove chips and collect coolant. The cooling device adopts multi-layer filtration, so that the coolant is fully purified and the cooling circuit is blocked.

11.3 When the machine tool encounters an external sudden power failure or its own failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, the machine tool can move the feed shaft, cooling motor, etc., if it has been in the "start" state, it will enter the "stop" state; If it is already in the "stop" state, it cannot enter the start state by itself, which ensures the safety of the machine tool. In addition, because the control program in the machine computer is "solidified" in the chip, and the part processing program is protected by battery power, the program menu stored in the computer will not be lost in the event of an unexpected power failure or failure.

11.4 The machine tool has an alarm device and an emergency stop button, which can prevent damage to the machine tool caused by various sudden failures. Due to the reasonable design of the software, the alarm can display the text and alarm number through the display, and indicate it through the indicator light of the operation panel; According to the situation, the machine tool divides the alarm into three categories: the emergency alarm is "emergency stop"; Implement "feed hold" for general alarms; Only "prompts" are given for operating errors.

12. Adopt independent oil tank lubrication system, flow lubrication and air cooling device to ensure effective heat dissipation of the lubrication box. The fuel tank is equipped with an oil level detection device, and when the liquid level is below the minimum value, the system will send out an alarm, so as to improve the safety performance of spindle lubrication.
